Intelligent video surveillance for the wind industry

WindEnegry Hamburg is regarded as the leading networking hub in the wind energy sector. Every two years, more than 1,400 companies from 40 countries present their innovations and solutions in the Hanseatic city. Employees from Blömen VuS and International Security GmbH will also be there from September 27 to 30. They will be presenting the intelligent surveillance system Video Guard at their joint stand.

WindEnergy Hamburg is the largest meeting place for the wind industry. At the end of September, turbine manufacturers and suppliers along the entire wind energy value chain – onshore and offshore – will provide a comprehensive market overview on 68,500 square meters. More than 1,400 companies from 40 countries and up to 30,000 visitors from 100 nations are expected. International Security GmbH and Blömen VuS will also be represented with an exhibitor stand. Video Guard is a mobile camera system that offers both flexible and efficient protection against damage to property and theft from large-scale wind turbines. Video Guard is one of the leading providers of mobile camera surveillance. With more than 1,700 devices currently in use throughout Germany, the company is a major player in the field of security technology and thus firmly established on the German market. The “Video Guard Flex” and “Video Guard Solar” camera towers are ideal for remote areas such as wind turbines and for the use of renewable energies. In order to keep particulate matter and pollutant emissions as low as possible, Video Guard relies on an environmentally friendly and self-sufficient power supply for its new systems and – unlike other market competitors – does not use harmful diesel generators. The combination of photovoltaics and fuel cells ensures a low-emission power supply for the monitoring devices for months on end. Thanks to this low-emission electricity production, the systems can also be used in nature conservation areas.

Video Guard will be presented in Hall A4, Stand 410. Interested parties can book their visit in advance at www.windenergyhamburg.com.
